Early Concepts


These are some Early Concepts for the design and aesthetic of the game.

I work in black and white to get a grasp on contrast, the designs will be imported to unity and palettes will be applied to the scenes through camera filters. 

Character wise I'm going to double back on having someone so... fashionable and go back to something more simple! It was fun to experiment with though! Just not working out the way I wanted.

The environment/level design concept is an early version of what the beginning of the level should look roughly like, showcasing some of the early basic concepts such as environmental mood, what to avoid, and the puzzle solving elements.

The light assets also double as palette exploration and how I'm going to implement those colors when lights are on and off. Really fun to mess around with and will be incorporating level palettes based on the mood of the levels.
